When your organization creates an account for you, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and role within the organization.

b. Location Data

We collect precise GPS location data when you mark attendance, check in to stores, or submit surveys. This is required for field workforce verification and is only collected while you actively use these features.

c. Camera and Photos

We access your device camera to capture attendance selfies, store check-in photos, shelf audit images, and survey photos. These images are uploaded to our secure servers and associated with your account.

d. Device Information

We may collect device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and compatibility purposes.

Your data is stored securely on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to data is restricted based on organizational hierarchy — managers can only view data from their direct and indirect reports. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is only accessible to authorized personnel within your organization based on their role and reporting hierarchy. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When your account is deactivated by your organization, your personal data will be retained for a reasonable period for audit and compliance purposes, after which it will be deleted.
